I generally assess each job individually and offer competitive rates based on your requirements, how complex the job is, how long it will take, and your timescale. 
 

I know, though! You'd like to have some idea of costs – I certainly do when I'm looking to engage a professional.

So, I charge industry-standard rates, starting from: 
 

€40/£35 per hour for proofreading
€50/£45 per hour for copyediting
€55/£50 per hour for copywriting

My day rates start from €350/£300.
 

I can also charge per word if you'd prefer.

I'm willing to work outside my normal business hours to meet any deadlines you might have. If that's the case, I might need to consider this when pricing the work.

In general, though, I find it best to have a conversation – in person or by email – to learn about your project, and I can then offer you the fairest price based on your requirements. 
 

For longer-term projects or ongoing work, I offer discounted rates. 

I also offer a 5% discount on all services if you pay in full upfront. 

If you are a new client, I will look for a deposit before I start work. I may make an exception if you've been referred to me by an existing client or are an established corporation.
